Car Hire Requirements
Can I use my international driver's license'
Valid drivers licenses issued in your country are acceptable as well as international licenses.

Do I need insurance'
Yes, third party insurance is required and is going to be provided by our company. Please note that personal accident insurance is not provided.

What are your age requirements'
You have to be at least 21 years of age and have a three years full driving license.

Delivery & Collection Service
Do you deliver and pick up the vehicle'
Yes, we have a service to pick up and drop off cars to customers anywhere in the republic of Cyprus. We can deliver at any hotel, airport, port, or villa/house in the Republic of Cyprus.

Can I pick up the car from one of your offices'
Yes, you pick up your car from any of our offices.

Method of payments
What forms of payment do you accept'
You can pay cash, credit card or debit card.

Can I use another person’s credit card for renting a vehicle'
Yes, but the holder of the credit card must be present with the proper i.d. to sign the rental contract.

Deposit
Do I need a deposit'
No, a deposit is not required, but a credit card authorization is required for security purposes.

How much is the security amount'
The security amount is based on the type of vehicle, usually from EUR 250 to EUR 3500. You can always buy extras insurance to reduce the excess amount.

What type of cars do you have'
We have standard, convertible, prestige, executive, 4x4 SUV, town cars, vans, and people carriers..

Do you have automatic or stick shift cars'
Most of our cars are automatic, but if you require a stick shift please request it and we can advice if that is possible.

Are your cars equipped with air conditioned'
Yes, all our cars have air conditioning as standard.

Do you rent cars by the hour'
No, cars can only be rented by the day.

Optional Car Accessories
What kinds of accessories to you offer with your cars'
The optional accessories we offer are, baby seat, booster seats, and GPS systems.

Additional charges
Is there an additional charge for more than one driver'
Yes, additional charges apply when rental vehicle is to be driven by more than one person.

Is there an additional charge for fuel'
Fuel is payable at the beginning of your rental and is non refundable.

Is there an additional charge for underage'
Yes, it only applies to customers that are 21-24 years old.

Out of the Republic of Cyprus
Can I drive out of the republic of Cyprus in other words north Cyprus'
Vehicles can only be within the republic of Cyprus. You are not allowed to cross the border to the North part of Cyprus. If you do so you have fully responsibility of the car, and in case of accident or damage you will have to sort out everything yourselves.

Monthly Special
If I rent a vehicle for a long term can I get a good price'
Special rates apply for long term rentals.

Returning vehicles
If I have a flight leaving during your closing hours, is there anywhere I can leave your vehicle'
Yes, we have a drop off service. Let us know in advance for instructions on where to leave your vehicle.
